There is a USB cable and wrist strap included. On the high mode I was able to get 8 full hours of light before the lantern turned off, charge time was six hours. The output of the powerbank is 5 volts at 1.2 amps. At 5.6 inches long and 1.5 inches thick you can carry it in your pocket or purse.
