Mpow Grip Pro 2

I have tried a few dashboard mounts and was very disappointed until I got the Mpow Grip Pro 2. My Jeep Liberty has a very textured dash, and this mount stuck to it like glue! The suction cup has a type of sticky silicone rubber that clings to the dash even without clamping the mount down, but you will get too much wobble so clamp the mount down. Unlike some mounts this mount has a clamp release button which works brilliantly. I will add the Mpow Grip Pro 2 will grip to your windshield with just as much strength or more!
There are two pivot points and a ball head adjuster so you can get a pretty good angles. The pivot points have a cog type system which makes for a stable lock when you tighten the screw. The ball head is your typical ball adjuster, it is a bit tighter than most but that is a good thing. The phone holder is operated by a spring, the release button is on the back of the holder. When closed the holder measures 1 5/8 inches and when full open it measures 3 7/8 wide, those measurements are from end to end of the foam inserts. The bottom posts fold in and out if you need them.
The Mpow Grip Pro 2 held my Nokia Lumia 520 in a full armor case and my iPod Touch 5 with no problem. No shaking, vibration and no slipping. I even held the mount in my hand and shook it with both devices and the mount held them both in place. If you get the suction cup dirty all you have to do is run it under water, let it dry do not use anything to dry it let it air dry and it will be good to go. I do like this mount it truly does stick to my dash, it is tough removing it but I do not mind that at all, that just means it is made from a high grade material. I would and am recommending this mount.
