It is small, only 5 1/5 inches in length when collapsed slightly bigger than my iPod Touch 5 gen. so it can fit in a pocket and no one will know, Fully extended it is 25 inches, 27 if you have the clamp folded down(straight), it is very light weight as well. The claws of the clamp are only 1/2 wide so if you have a case that makes your device thicker than that you will have to remove your case for it to fit in the claws. The clamp starts at 2 inches and will open to 3 1/4 inches, once again check the measurement of your device with and without a case to ensure proper fit. The spring loaded clamp is strong, it held my iPod touch 5 with no problems, I even shook the stick for a minute to see if it would slip and the clamp held it in place with no issues at all.
The build quality is solid, every section has a tight feel with no wobble, the grip has a nice rubber cover that feels really comfortable to hold, the hinge is a GoPro style hinge so you can use this stick with a GoPro as well, the nut and bolt is removable so if you like you can put a custom colored one in its place which is cool if you want to add a bit of color too it. The hinge does lock down pretty tight, just make sure that you do not over tighten it or it just might break. The cable that you connect to your device stretches to 9 1/2 inches, any more than that and I you might tear it out of the stick. The shutter button does give a nice tactile click when pressed and is quite responsive, I as able to take multiple shots quickly, a bit faster than a Bluetooth style selfie stick. There are only two negatives I can see with this selfie stick. The first being that the cable is a bit too thin, I would have liked to have seen a bit more plastic shell around the wire for better longevity, the second somewhere to store the cable, as it stands the cable just hangs there flopping around, an integrated clip of some sort would be a welcomed addition. Over all the MPow mini Selfie Stick is an excellent buy and well worth the money!!
